Financial Management - We use Quick Books and
Simply Accounting. Let us invoice your clients, make and record
deposits, pay your bills and liaise with your bank and work with
your accountant to prepare audits and reviews.
Database Management - In order to be useful, a
database will be changing constantly. We can input your data and then
maintain your information by capturing and verifying new information.
This is done by liaising with clients, industry associations,
government departments, etc. We can also monitor the internet,
newspapers and important industry publications to ensure we have the
latest information.
Word Processing & Spreadsheets

are not limited to: letters, flyers, forms, menus, brochures,
manuscripts, reports, proposals, mail merges, directories, minutes,
charts & graphs, certificates, invitations, manuals, business cards
